Job summary

Living Care Lifestyles is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Quail Park of West Seattle to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. The role includes supervising care partners, mentoring staff on care and medication management, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a current LPN license, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident dignity and safety in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience in training and team member development preferred.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and team members.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, other team members and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident assessment and implementation of care needs.
• Participate in resident and family care conferences as requested by the Health & Wellness Director or Executive Director.
• Assist with communication between residents, family, and physicians regarding resident health care issues.
• Ensure changes in resident conditions are evaluated, monitored, documented and effective interventions are implemented.
• Provide support and guidance to medication management systems and ensure safe dispensing and accurate MARs.
