Job summary

AD Energy Recruitment seeks an RNG Process Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain renewable natural gas production processes. A strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, process design, and environmental systems is essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability of operations, with opportunities to lead projects and advance expertise in RNG technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of process engineering experience, RNG/biogas preferred.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Solid understanding of RNG technologies, biogas upgrading, and environmental compliance.
• PE licensure or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization: Develop and optimize RNG production processes.
• Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and commissioning of RNG projects.
• Technical Support: Provide engineering support for ongoing operations and improvements.
• Data Analysis: Monitor process performance and ensure quality standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain records of process designs and procedures.
