Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of RNG infrastructure projects from development through completion. This role focuses on safely delivering projects on schedule and within budget, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PM experience in gas-fired or gas processing environments, familiarity with landfill gas to RNG conversion, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of project management experience in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience within gas-fired power generation environments.
• Experience with gas processing operations, preferably landfill gas to RNG conversion.
• Experience working with simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine power plants.
• Experience supporting the design, construction, or development of industrial facilities.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of RNG projects from development through completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing two to three active projects at a time.
• Collaborate closely with Development Project Managers, Delivery Engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on schedule, cost, and project performance.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding status, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Support the evaluation of technical solutions and project design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Estimate labor, materials, and equipment requirements while ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
