EDL Energy in Indianapolis is seeking a maintenance supervisor for the RNG plant. You will plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors to keep the plant running at peak efficiency and reliability.

You will manage outages, safety, and maintenance budgets; analyze data to boost uptime; coordinate with operations to minimize costs. The role requires prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, physical work capability, and occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient with computers and monitoring equipment to measure and adjust parameters
• Reliable, committed and motivated to achieve company and team goals
• Physically capable: stand, sit, bend, crawl, climb, and lift
• Prior supervisory/management experience in manufacturing, preferably with electrical/rotational equipment
• Experience with budgeting and basic accounting principles
• Experience setting site maintenance schedules for gas field, gas plant and engines
• Experience adhering to health and safety responsibilities and requirements
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Occasional travel by automobile or air for extended periods

Aufgaben

• RNG asset maintenance planning and scheduling with internal and external staff
• Coordinate with RNG Operations Team to ensure timely support
• Ensure RNG Plant is maintained to meet production and plan targets
• Manage planning, communications, and labour for outages
• Plan and schedule major plant maintenance outages
• Know mechanical preventive maintenance and electrical schedules for RNG plant
• Maintain resources to support start-up and operations
• Identify critical inventory and spares; manage on-site stock
• Analyze operations data and recommend productivity improvements
• Support operations to maximize plant uptime while minimizing costs
• Arrange for third-party assistance when needed and oversee contractors
