Job summary

Tomorrow RNG seeks a Plant Operator in Melissa, TX to operate and maintain RNG processing facilities. The role covers compression, treating facilities, CO2 extraction, dehydration, storage, and loading, with a safety-first mindset.

12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off) and outdoor work in all weather conditions. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of the Melissa site and be willing to work long hours, weekends, and OT.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask and be self-directed.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow basic operating procedures for plant operations.
• Prepare morning reports, daily logs, and conduct daily plant walk-throughs.
• Develop basic knowledge of plant treating processes and SOPs.
• Perform routine maintenance (filters, bearings, valves).
• Understand and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
