Job summary

Seaboard Foods is hiring a Biogas Technician to operate and maintain Renewable Natural Gas facilities in Oklahoma. You will monitor control room activities, perform calibrations and repairs on sensors and transmitters, and ensure safety and compliance across systems.

The role includes preventive maintenance and an on-call rotation, with opportunities to improve plant reliability. The position requires English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and technical aptitude in chemistry or

Qualifications

Must read, write, analyze, and interpret English technical docs and procedures.
Ability to present information clearly to groups of customers and visitors.
Must hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

Monitor/Operate RNG facilities from a control room and ensure steady operations.
Support safety, health, environment goals and continuous improvement plans.
Perform work orders and maintain safety-compliant maintenance practices.
Calibrate and repair PH sensors, pressure/temperature/flow transmitters.
Keep accurate calibration and equipment data records.
Perform preventive maintenance on water, air systems, heat exchangers, and pumps.
Maintain compressors, motors, pumps, and valves; diagnose electrical power/control systems.
Utilize hand tools and precision instruments; participate in rotating on-call schedule.
