A respected healthcare provider in California is seeking a Registered Nursing First Assistant to assist during surgeries. You will provide direct patient care in a perioperative setting, requiring at least two years of experience as a scrub and circulating nurse, valid RN license, and relevant certifications. Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years experience as both scrub and circulating nurse.
Valid and current California RN license required.
CNOR preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist the surgeon by performing technical functions during surgery.
Provide direct patient care as part of the perioperative role.
Perform retraction, homeostasis, tissue manipulation, and wound closure.
Skills
Scrub and circulating nurse experience
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Ability to assist during surgery
Education
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Certification as a CRNFA
