Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Roswell, GA, seeks an experienced RN First Assistant to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care across the OR and related areas. You will function as an RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures and may serve as an RN circulator when required.

The role requires a nursing degree, Georgia RN licensure, and RNFA/CNOR certification, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program with RN licensure in Georgia.
• Completion of AORN-RN First Assistant program with didactic and clinical components.
• 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience required.
• 3 years minimum experience as RN or Surgical Tech in the CVOR if CVOR work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective perioperative patient care in OR and related areas.
• Act as RN First Assistant during operative procedures and perioperative continuum.
• Serve as RN circulator when needed.
