Integration International Inc. is seeking an Associate Research Scientist Contractor, RNAi Formulations, to join the NVD group in a hands-on, lab-based role focusing on RNAi formulation development and biophysical characterization for injectable therapeutics.

You will support multiple platform projects and collaborate across teams. The role emphasizes developability assessment, solubility/viscosity analysis, DoE-driven optimization, and robust documentation of experiments and results for

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience formulating oligonucleotides or antibodies for subcutaneous injection.
• Experience with analytical methodologies evaluating solubility, viscosity, osmolality and stability.
• Strong communication, documentation and data-analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Support formulation development and preclinical characterization of RNAi and oligonucleotide candidates.
• Perform benchtop formulation, biophysical characterization, and analytical testing.
• Establish early discovery screening assays for formulation performance and stability.
• Implement high-throughput screening and DoE workflows for formulation optimization.
• Design and execute storage and stability evaluations for RNAi conjugates.
• Document methods and results in notebooks; present updates in reports and internal talks.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of workflows.
