Job summary

Qualifications
- RN licensed with MBON in good standing.
- AHA BLS certification current.
- Three years of MDS Coordinator/RNAC experience.
- RAC-CT must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Meet with resident to collect information for RAI and assess health status.
- Develop nursing diagnoses and care plans based on analysis.
- Communicate with health team members and document care.
- Complete MDS/MMDS and ensure regulatory compliance for reimbursement.
- Lead triple-check meetings and educate care staff on MDS procedures.
- Report issues to Unit Manager and DON and participate in surveys.
