Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's in life sciences or related field with expected graduation Spring 2027/2028.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university for the duration of the co‑op.
• Must relocate to the office and work 40 hrs/week for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Support mRNA production efforts including batch production and process optimization.
• Focus on synthesis and purification of mRNA constructs in parallel.
• Perform analytical characterization for full release panels on mRNA drug substance.
• Contribute to optimization of mRNA sequence design, production and purification.
• Contribute to platform projects by evaluating new technologies and workflows.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
• Lab-based position with hands-on bench work.
