Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions in Boston, MA seeks an RNA-LNP Lab Coordinator / Group Leader to oversee a team performing process development and tech transfer for LNP and RNA drug substances. You will supervise GLP sample management and coordinate analytical testing with partner labs.

Lead a collaborative, quality-driven lab operations group, advancing efficiency, inventory control, and cross-functional teamwork in a biopharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with relevant pharma/CRO/biotech experience.
• Prior lab supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to convey scientific info.
• Experience with process development equipment used for nucleic acids.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process development scientists.
• Supervise lab operations and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and samples for studies.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Tech Transfer, Facilities and IT teams.
• Ensure GLP sample management across programs.
