Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an RNA-LNP Lab Coordinator / Group Leader to manage an LNP and RNA process development and tech transfer team. You will supervise lab operations, oversee GLP sample management, and drive efficiency in inventory and communications with partner analytics.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring high-quality data, with a focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced biopharma setting in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Requires experience supervising a laboratory team.
• Strong written and verbal communication of scientific data.
• Proficient with lab safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with nucleic acids process development is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process development scientists.
• Oversee LNP and RNA process development activities and tech transfer.
• Coordinate GLP sample management across programs.
• Maintain ELN inventory records and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical development and manufacturing.
