Job summary

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. You will assist residents with restorative nursing programs to maintain or improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

We offer competitive pay of $23.00-$24.00 per hour along with PTO, sick leave, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California CNA certification in good standing.
• Completion of Restorative Nursing Assistant training/certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises, ambulation, transfers, and ROM programs.
• Support activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Encourage participation in mobility and restorative programs.
• Obtain and document resident weights and care provided.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to team.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Rehabilitation teams for resident success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies.

• Support activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Encourage resident participation in mobility and restorative programs.

• Obtain and document resident weights and care provided.

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.

• Collaborate with Nursing and Rehabilitation teams to promote resident success.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications
