Job summary

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our team. The role focuses on assisting residents with restorative programs to maintain or improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.

You will document care and work with nursing and rehab teams to promote resident success. Qualifications include California CNA certification in good standing and completed RNA training.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing.
• Completion of Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises, ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion programs.
• Support activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Encourage resident participation in mobility and restorative programs.
• Obtain and document resident weights and care provided.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Rehabilitation teams to promote resident success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with restorative nursing programs designed to maintain or improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.
