Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Wound Care at the Paducah Medical Pavilion. You will assess patients, implement wound care interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive improved outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS preferred, and experience in wound care or HBOT. This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• RN licensure in good standing (or compact license)
• BLS certification preferred
• UHMS-certified wound care education is a plus

Mansioni

• Assess patient status with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Implement clinical nursing interventions for wound care
• Develop and execute patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Provide wound service coverage at the Center
• Administer medications safely per policies and state practice
