Job summary

Mercy Health seeks an Outpatient Wound Care RN for the Paducah Medical Pavilion to deliver high-quality nursing care in a patient-focused clinic setting. The role requires effective assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based wound care.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree with an active RN license, BLS, and experience in wound care; CWCN/COCN/CCCN certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred).
• Master of Science Nursing (preferred).
• Current state RN licensure; NLC option may apply; BLS required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status with strong organizational leadership.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to standardize best practices.
• Administer medications safely per policies and state practice.
