Job summary

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency is seeking Registered Nurse per diem candidates for our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. You will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license required.
• Per diem and temp-to-hire shifts available.
• Ability to work with elderly and chronically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and record medical information.
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
