Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, seeks a Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in long-term care and rehab facilities. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to deliver quality care.

Starting at USD $55.00/hour, with weekly pay, per diem flexibility, and opportunities for training, mentorship, and professional growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Able to work with elderly and chronically ill patients.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.
