Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency is seeking an Agency RN to fill per diem shifts in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. You will assess patient conditions, plan and implement care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license to practice.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
