Job summary

Kindred Hospital Aurora is an all-private room, 37-bed long-term acute care hospital offering 24/7 clinical care and extended recovery support. We partner with your physician and provide discharge planning in a convenient Aurora location on the east side of the Denver metro area.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice (required).
• Six months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
• Develop and update nursing care plans in collaboration with patient, family and staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team members.
• Participate in discharge planning process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure patient safety.
