The qualified nurse for this position will assess and evaluate patients with wounds and injuries, and ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures. The wound care nurse will provide preventative care to ensure infection does not set in and that other complications do not arise. Education and coordinating care with other health professionals is another important aspect of this position.

Experience
-Must have MissouriRegistered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
-Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader

-Prior experience in wound care preferred, but not required
