Job summary

Required is an active NC RN license and BLS within 30 days. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1 year of experience and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license required; compact state license acceptable.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the wound care department.
• Manages staff scheduling, performance, and development.
• Monitors budgets, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Coordinates patient and wound care data conferences.
