PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waterbury is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead the Wound Care Center's clinical activities. You will organize, plan, implement and evaluate care, guiding teams to improve healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Active CT RN license with ACLS and CPR is required; Bachelor's degree preferred, wound care and HBO experience plus supervisory background are highly valued. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment (CT).
• ACLS certification is required; CPR certification maintained.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center.
• Provide leadership, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and healing outcomes in the program.
