PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Winter Garden is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee clinical activities in the Wound Care Center. You will coordinate education, planning, and patient care to drive healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The role requires an active RN license, ACLS and CPR certification, with extensive wound care and HBO experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state where employed.
• ACLS certification required; CPR certification maintained.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; wound care certification preferred.
• Extensive wound care and HBO experience; prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation and patient care activities.
• Ensure patient outcomes and satisfaction in the wound care program.
• Provide staff education, training and supervision as needed.
