Job summary
St. James' Manor in Illinois is seeking an RN Wound Care Coordinator to oversee wound care management and skin integrity programs for our residents.
The RN Wound Care Coordinator will provide high-quality wound care, ensure preventative measures, and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications
- Active RN license required by state
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years RN/LPN wound care or related experience
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing process to assess and plan wound care
- Conduct regular wound care rounds with timely documentation
- Assess resident skin integrity and review medical history
- Implement preventative wound care strategies in care plans
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Initiate nutritional interventions to support wound healing
- Provide direct resident care following policies
- Ensure pericare and preventative care for incontinence
