Job summary

SAK Management in Illinois is seeking a qualified Wound Care Coordinator (RN) to lead wound assessment, develop Plans of Care, and uphold skin integrity for residents in our facility.

You will coordinate with physicians, conduct weekly wound rounds, document progress, supervise nursing staff, and administer treatments per physician orders while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and preserving resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Must possess a current and unencumbered RN license in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound assessment and Plan of Care development.
• Document resident skin status and treatment responses.
