Aufgaben

• Provides direct patient care in obstetrics, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery units
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans for mothers and infants
• Monitors fetal heart tones, vital signs, and patient status during labor and postpartum
• Administers medications, assists physicians with exams and deliveries
• Educates patients and families on postpartum, infant care, breastfeeding, and discharge
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Participates in emergency responses including neonatal resuscitation and postpartum hemorrhage
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Maintains infection control standards and a clean environment
