Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications as per policy.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Outpatient surgery experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-operative nursing assessment and education to patients and families.
• Assist in preparing patients for surgery including IV starts, pre-medication, and documentation.
• Monitor patient condition during recovery and post-anesthesia care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide clear post-operative instructions.
• Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient flow.
• Document patient care clearly in EMR.
