Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate nursing plans of care using the Nursing Process.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with family and health team.
• Document patient status and plan of care in medical records.
• Educate patient and family on care plans and discharge needs.
• Manage daily patient assignments and prioritize care.
