Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and update a written plan of care for each patient.
• Coordinate inpatient and post-discharge care with teams.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately.
• Communicate patient status and plans in charts and with staff.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program and quality improvement.
