Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Women & Infants team at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. The ideal candidate provides hands-on bedside care and coordinates clinical activities in a patient-centered environment.

The role requires an RN license, healthcare experience preferred, and BLS certification. Schedule is PRN with rotating days and nights across both Illinois and Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Provide patient-focused care within the Women & Infants unit.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
