Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living in Jackson, NJ, seeks an Assistant Wellness Director to partner with the Wellness Director. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.

The role involves coordinating health screenings, conducting education workshops, and overseeing wellness budgets and ROI. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field is required.
• Certification as a wellness practitioner is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health promotion strategies and trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing wellness initiatives and health education programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs organization-wide.
• Manage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and staff.
• Develop and monitor wellness budgets and ROI.
• Analyze program data and produce reports on participation and outcomes.
• Coordinate health screenings and wellness workshops.
• Provide coaching and support to employees on health topics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
