The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations across weekends.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care per individualized plans.
• Supervise, support, and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource for weekend nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
