Job summary

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time, every-other-weekend schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Requirements include a valid Tennessee RN license and availability for weekend shifts. Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. The role focuses on overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues.

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our weekend nursing team in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in just two days.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
