Job summary

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our weekend nursing team. This part-time role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to lead nursing staff, monitor resident conditions, and ensure high-quality care.

Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain accurate documentation and infection control, while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Tennessee.
• Reliable and available to work every other weekend shifts.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure resident care quality.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration, and safety procedures.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain records, incident reports and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for solving clinical or staffing issues.
