CommuniCare Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team, ensure clinical quality, and coordinate day-to-day operations in a skilled nursing setting. Expected duties include supervision of nursing staff, clinical oversight, and delivering high‑quality care to the adult-geriatric population.

MD RN license required, with at least 1 year in LTC/Skilled Nursing. We offer a competitive compensation package, benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time

What you'll do:

Primary responsibilities of a Nursing Supervisor include, supervision of all nursing personnel, nursing related duties and functions, clinical oversight of the building.

Managing day to day clinical operations of the building on off time hours.

Deliver quality care for the adult geriatric population.

Requirements: Registered Nurse - MD license
