Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Tallahassee is seeking an RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend shifts and maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating care, and enforcing facility policies during 3p-7a weekend shifts or 7a-7p with flexibility. This full-time position welcomes new grads and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Strong communication, leadership, and adherence to state regulations are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN or LPN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies while coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, assigns work, and ensures standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 3p-7a (Saturday - Sunday) 16 hour shift or 7a-7p (Saturday-Monday) (can be flexible with hours).

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
