Job summary

The Chateau at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for full-time work. The role focuses on managing resident and staff activities, directing care plans, and ensuring care aligns with policies and procedures.

As a professional role model, you will guide nursing practice and team performance. Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, a BSN or equivalent, an active RN license, and prior nursing home leadership experience.

• Experience in a nursing home leadership capacity is preferred.

RN Supervisor-Full Time

NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance the company’s policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident’s care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills. Serves as professional role model to the other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Shift Needs:

Per-Diem (Weekend)

Salary: $50 to $55 an hour
