Claremore Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Claremore, OK, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.
• Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents' care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.
