Job summary

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend Supervisor. This part-time leadership role provides clinical oversight to nursing staff and ensures high standards of resident care during weekend shifts (12-hour shifts 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM).

You will support the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and participate in surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
