Job summary

North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing operations. You will ensure patients receive the highest quality care and coordinate nursing staff across shifts, fostering teamwork and efficient workflow throughout the unit.

This role requires a current RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, weekend availability, and compliance with Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends.
• Ensure that patient care needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality metrics.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
