Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Weekend RN Baylor Supervisor in Bristol, RI, to provide clinical leadership for weekend shifts at Silver Creek Rehab and Healthcare Center. The role involves oversight of nursing operations, admissions, and resident care, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and effective communication with the care team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with strong leadership, decision-making, and teamwork skills, ready to lead a busy weekend unit and support a high standard

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Rhode Island.
• Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations

$7,500 Sign on Bonus
Schedule: BAYLOR POSITION Saturdays & Sundays 7am-11pm with On-call

Work 32 hours get paid 40.

Location: Silver Creek Rehab and Healthcare Center: Bristol, Rhode Island
