Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend night shifts in New Jersey. This part-time role offers strong clinical leadership to ensure safe resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective nursing operations.

Weekend options include every weekend or every other weekend, with same-day pay available. The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license, BLS CPR, 2+ years nursing, and 1+ year supervisory experience, plus excellent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
• Minimum 1+ years supervisor experience needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
