Job summary

SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing community in Beech Grove, IN. You will lead weekend operations, supervise the nursing team, and ensure high-quality resident care with a focus on a positive, resident-centered environment.

This role offers weekend consistency, weekend differential, and opportunities to mentor staff while maintaining strong clinical standards. Prior LTC/SN experience and Indiana RN licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude for weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
