SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC in Brookville, IN is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor for our Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing community. You will lead weekend operations, mentor the nursing team, and ensure high-quality resident care on every shift.

This role offers a consistent weekend schedule with a weekend differential and a competitive pay plan. Required: current Indiana RN license; LTC/SN experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, great attitude, and sense of humor (weekends)
