Job summary

Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing care delivery during weekend shifts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an approved RN program, active license in Indiana, at least 2 years in skilled nursing, and current BLS/CPR certification, with the ability to administer medications and use PCC

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program and licensed in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care and resident/family satisfaction during weekend shift.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff; coordinate with physicians and other professionals.
• Oversee medication management and PCC usage; follow physician orders.
• Manage nursing personnel to minimize overtime and agency usage.
• Ensure incident reporting and infection control compliance.
