Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and support the Resident Care Team. You will supervise nursing activities under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and ensure compliance with current regulations.

• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other staff.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Weekend Supervisor

Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term facility.

• Previous Experience as a RN Weekend Supervisorpreferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
