Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing activities on weekend shifts. You will support the Assistant Director of Nursing, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while delivering compassionate resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, is a graduate of an approved RN program, and can make independent decisions, adopt new practices, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN is required.
• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Willing to adopt new nursing practices and methods.
• Ability to collaborate harmoniously with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with regulations.
• Lead on weekend shifts and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Weekend Supervisor:

Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term facility.

• Previous Experience as a RN Weekend Supervisor preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
