Fort Gibson Care and Rehab in Fort Gibson, OK is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend part-time shifts to deliver high-quality resident care. You will administer medications, develop care plans, document resident conditions, collaborate with the team, and uphold safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
• Administer medications and start IVs.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are safely maintained.
• Other duties as assigned.
